Diverse and Equitable Transit Solutions
ANNUAL SERVICE PLAN CONTRACTS
Transit Capital efficiently handles project-specific tasks and offers comprehensive, annual contracts to meet all federal program requirements. Tailored to your operation's fleet size, modes, and deliverables, our contracts ensure accurate and timely FTA submissions. Smaller agencies with fewer than 30 vehicles in one mode may qualify for data waivers and reduced reporting, while larger, multi-mode operators have different requirements. We limit each project manager to four agencies, guaranteeing high-quality, focused service. Our plans are customized to suit your agency's specific needs, with service plans varying from small to complex operations.
Below is a sample contract outline for an agency with less than 30 vehicles operating in two modes, demonstrating our approach to formula allocation.

CHOOSE QUARTERLY OR BI-MONTHLY INVOICING
Transit Capital aligns its invoicing with the federal government's quarterly reporting requirements, offering clients either quarterly or bi-monthly invoicing for completed project work. Invoices include submission-ready documents, ensuring seamless project progress. Unlike traditional contracts with hourly billing, our approach focuses on project completion without the constraints of billable hours, minimizing unnecessary expense reporting and routine invoicing tasks. Each invoice is accompanied by a detailed chronological performance record, showing the day, time, and hours spent on specific tasks. Our payment terms align with the FTA's DBE requirement, with a net 30 days payment period.
